Hannah Eisenberg is the founder & CEO of TrustLeader and a B2B trust expert who helps mid-size companies grow by making trust a measurable, operational advantage.

With 25+ years in B2B marketing and leadership — including a decade in SAP’s Global Marketing group advising the Office of the CEO — she brings deep experience in competitive strategy, customer alignment, and trust-based growth systems.

Hannah is a certified They Ask, You Answer / Endless Customers Coach (one of ~40 globally) and the creator of the TrustLeader Framework, a model that helps organizations move from cognitive trust to emotional trust to unshakable trust. She believes complete transparency, ethical conviction, and customer alignment are the foundations of modern leadership. Her work powers TrustLeader’s coaching programs, assessments, and learning resources.

She lives in Florence, Italy, and is the author of the upcoming book Lead With Trust (2025).
